  1. I applied to get a replacement disabled bus pass for a client I support, I have presented the evidence of his history of mental health from his GP and also his mental health service (Chatterton House) of his diagnosis and history of Mental Health. Unfortunately they have refused to replace his bus pass stating that I have failed to give evidence to a physical disability.

    1. If you have the person’s permission to give his details, then do send them in an email and we can chase this up for you. Alternatively, there is a good live chat facility on the Norfolk County Council website in the transport section, which can be a quick way to sort out issues. Thanks for raising the problem.

  2. Hi, i have a hidden disability which impacted on my life, i applied for pip april 2021, i was refused, i was advised to contact wndis, spoke to a lovely lady called vikki, who advised me not to give up, how to appeal etc, this was a very long and difficult process, vikki was there for me throughout the whole process with support, patience and understanding, i couldn’t have coped without her, it went to tribunal last week and im so incredibly happy to report it was successful, they overturned their original decision and was awarded full and enhanced rate, this would not have happened without mrs vikki joel, she supported me through the tribunal as my advocate.
If anyone is going through a similar situation, dont give up, hold the faith , contact windis , i cannot recommend them enough.
Vikki joel, you are an absolute star, thank you so much .

  3. I have ME & Fibromyalgia.
Qualified for DLA but when my award stopped in 2017 I could not get PIP! I tried 3 times and it was only when I got some help from these experts at WNDIS that PIP was awarded. Thank you Vicki so much for your help you are amazing.
